Distinguishing Features of
Al-Karam School

All pupils study at least 8 GCSEs including Arabic, Islamic Studies and Urdu.
Spiritual and moral development; being good to others and having strong faith in Almighty Allah are given special attention. The daily sermons in assembly and after Maghrib prayer serve to teach and develop

At Al-Karam School we pride ourselves in our quality teaching delivered by professional, qualified, conscientious and caring teachers. We allocate 20% more time than state schools in the teaching of English, Maths and Science. In addition to providing the subjects of Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, and Urdu.

All Pupils pray Salaat with the Jamaat 5 times a day. They wake up to the melodious Azan and continue to work and pray throughout the day. The day ends on an equally spiritually note by praying the Isha prayer and reciting the Holy Qur'an.

Every day the morning assembly begins with the recitation of the Holy Qur'an, praise of the Holy Prophet Muhammad
(Peace and blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him) followed by a brief lecture from the Qur'an and hadith.
