Jamia Al-Karam (est.1985) is a Muslim boys boarding secondary school and also an Islamic Studies College (Dar-ul-Uloom) which is located in North Nottinghamshire in England
The
school was praised by Her Majesty the Queen's
OFSTED inspectors who said,
"You
have come a long way in a short time".
By the grace of Allah, we have indeed come a long
way!!
Our school has achieved the
highest GCSE pass rate out of all the Islamic
boys schools in the United Kingdom.
The boys obtained an 87% pass rate in 5 or more GCSE subjects in the 1998 national examinations and 100% pass rate in 2005. Many boys obtained high A* and A, B, passes. The school came top of Nottinghamshire in 1998 & 2005 GCSE results.

At Al-Karam School we pride ourselves in our quality teaching delivered by professional, qualified, conscientious and caring teachers. We allocate 20% more time than state schools in the teaching of English, Maths and Science. In addition to providing the subjects of Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, and Urdu.
