*Al-Karam School gained first position in the GCSE League Tables coming top of all independent and state schools of the entire county of Nottinghamshire in the years 1998, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010. The county of Nottinghamshire consists of approximately 60 independent, academy and Government-funded state schools.
